I placed an order about 2-3 weeks ago and wasn't giving the option for rushed shipping due to a sale/promotion going on. I contacted customer service on the website and they were able to cancel my original order and replace it with rushed shipping. I got the package in time for a trip I was going on. Unfortunately, a few pairs of jeans didn't fit (too big, my own fault) and I went to return them to my nearest Madewell, which happens to be at KOP. While there I made a few new purchases, including a bandana. In the rush of putting my purchases in a bag, the bandana was mistakenly left out. When I noticed the next day, I went to call the store but noticed I already had an email notifying me of the issue. The reps from the store were so easy to work with and just shipped the bandana to me. I will always continue shopping at KOP Madewell!
