  April is an incredible employee. She has helped me the past two times I have been there and helped me update my style based on what I am comfortable with. She’s very attentive to customers and knowledgeable about inventory.

  Not a good first impression... Browsed through the entire store (my first time)and wasn't greeted or told "goodbye/thanks for stopping in" by either employee even though there was only one other customer (and she was leaving).

  If you go to a store that is quite expensive, I expect better customer service. Period. Please work on this.

  I cannot say enough good things about Madewell. It is my go to store for cool, effortless and flirty clothing. Although it is known as the "twenty-something year old" version of J. Crew, both my mother and grandmother are always able to find fabulous pieces, and I will surely rock my items from here for years to come. Most significantly, their jeans are made extremely well (hence, the befitting name) and come in a variety of both traditional and semi-trendy styles (i.e., ripped denim and fringed hems, but nothing overboard). I am a curvy 5'9 and I love that I am able to buy jeans straight from the store here. I also love that they offer a plethora of stylish tops from reasonably priced basics to high end silk blouses. I'm also very fond of their boot selection. I currently own 4 pair that still look brand new and feel amazing and I look forward to adding more to my wardrobe. Lastly, Heather, the manager at this location, is amazing!! She is very down to earth, personable and well versed in all things Madewell.
