- LFLeah FreemanJun 29, 20211.0I bought a necklace and tried to return it less than 24 hours later and even though the necklace wasn’t damaged the packaging was cut with scissors very CLEANLY (it’s considered damaged) and now I have to deal with a $40 necklace that I have no idea what to do with because I couldn’t try it on in store. The manager was super unhelpful and rude and made me never want to shop at that stupid place again.
