- STStephanie Talbott3 days ago1.0I buy lots of Madewell pieces online so I was thrilled to see a brick and mortar store. Very sad they don't carry any extended sizes. The salespeople who were enthusiastically helping others wouldn't even make eye contact.

- LHLi HJun 1, 20255.0One of the customer service representatives Lenin (sp?) is incredible. She is just good at what she does. She is attentive to everyone that walks in and out. Gives genuine feedback on items to be purchased. She doesn’t come off sales-y, but definitely makes sure you get what looks good on you…haha… There’s an art to sales and I believe she got it. Hope the company makes sure she’s recognized for her amazing role.
