  I had the best experience at this Madewell location that I had to share. From the second I walked in the team made shopping feel warm, welcoming, and genuinely fun. A HUGE shout out to Taysia who went above and beyond to help me. She was super kind, attentive, and made me feel so comfortable asking questions and trying things on. It made all the difference in my experience shopping there. The overall energy of the store is great. Everyone I interacted with was so friendly, helpful, and approachable. I had visited another Madewell location in the city later in the week and the contrast was night and day. This team truly shows what great a great customer experience should feel like. Huge thanks to Taysia and the team for making me want to come back again and again. You've set the bar high!!!!

  Well laid out higher-end clothing store that sells seemingly good quality (though it seems to be all for a certain 'look' rather than purpose) apparel. The staff were aloof though I'm sure they would've jumped the second it seemed like I needed help. My main issue is that the store didn't stock men's clothing with a tall inseam and the form over function made me question buying anything at that sticker price.

  Great selection of denim jeans and fabrics. The store is beautifully decorated and the staff is very kind and helpful.
