When I politely asked for help finding a size, he responded with clear annoyance and acted as if assisting me was a burden. I was trying to be respectful of the store’s beautiful display, yet his rude attitude made me feel like an inconvenience. His unprofessionalism completely soured my visit and made me question whether I want to continue shopping at Madewell—despite being a loyal customer. I expect better treatment, especially from a brand known for quality and service.
