I laid out the vibe I was looking for and they not only helped my pull items but gave me advice and a hype up along the way. Specifically Justice, Jackie, and Stacy were absolutely amazing! Great customer service and super friendly even at the end of the night. Jackie (the stylist) listened to my feedback and pulled things I didn’t even think of trying on, Justice is super friendly and knew exactly what I was going for and Stacy was quick to ask if I needed help with anything and enlisted the help of others to make my experience even better. Genuinely had an amazing experience because of them :)

- GGGuadalupeSep 18, 20255.0I had such a great experience at this Madewell located at the Pundential Center! Even though I went during a busy time, I was still taken care of quickly and kindly. I originally came in to make some returns from an online order, and Zoe helped me out—she was so sweet and bubbly, which made the process really easy. I also tried on and ordered a couple of items while I was there. The store was well-stocked with most of the styles I’d seen online, and for the sizes they didn’t have in store, they were able to order them for me on the spot. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Overall, this was one of the best in-store experiences I’ve had at Madewell. The staff was friendly, helpful, and the store itself was nicely stocked. I would definitely recommend this location!
