- JSJoanna SalmeronMar 30, 20241.0EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE AND RACISTS. Came into this store, all associates would just look up and down at us, they would not greet us at all or help us. After 20 minutes passed by and grabbing the clothes to try on they finally asked if I needed assistance. These employees would only attend and help out their race, and I’ve never felt so furious and uncomfortable. I truly love madewell but this store is by far the absolute worst.
