  I’d love to give this Maxwell better stars, walked in about 5:00 on 10/11/2025. The older lady working there was awful from the time we came in until we left. She just stared at us walking in. Said hello, and then started looking at our hands. Been to Madewell in other cities also, never a problem. Went to this one twice had the same treatment. Don’t worry older lady though, WHBM enjoyed the $1,500 sales you could have had.

  Used to buy all my jeans here. They no longer carry mens clothes. Really disappointed.

  I went in with my wife tonight and when we went to the register the employee was looking us up and down and sort of scoff-laughed to himself. She was buying a wallet that we knew was not on sale and had never asked if it was on sale. He rang in the item and rolled his eyes, and snarkily said “this isn’t on promotion, are you *sure* you guys actually want this?”. It came across very classist and was quite honestly very uncalled for. Will never be going back.
