  I love this store so much. I am a petite woman and I barely can find jeans that are short enough for me because they are usually sooo long. 🙄 This changed though when I went to Madewell a couple days ago and another petite woman by the name of Giselle helped me out, she helped me find jeans that are perfect my petite self. She was able to relate to my struggles and made me feel so comfortable. I am looking forward to coming back and enjoying more experiences at this store! ☺️

  I took my wife to the Madewell in Fresno to treat her to a little shopping, and I just have to say I’ve never seen her light up the way she does when she walks into that store. The staff was incredibly warm and kind, making her feel welcomed and celebrated from the moment we stepped in. As a brown woman, she’s shared with me how rare it is to feel truly comfortable in high-end stores, but here? She felt at home. Watching her be treated with such respect and care meant the world to me. She left with a smile on her face, a few outfits she felt amazing in, and a heart full of confidence. Thank you, Madewell Fresno, for making my wife feel so special. We’ll definitely be back probably more often than I’m ready for 😄

  Okay, I just have to say it the team at Madewell Fresno is THE BEST. I don’t usually feel super comfortable walking into high-end clothing stores, but they always treat me like I totally belong. They’re always so helpful and sweet and somehow find me the cutest outfits and the best deals! As a brown woman, that kind of kindness and inclusion means the world. I always leave feeling good about myself and excited to come back. Y’all are amazing don’t ever change thank you Gisell Love the pants you right they were worth it !

  Every single time I walk into the Madewell in Fresno, I feel seen. As a brown woman, it's not always easy to feel welcomed in high-end stores but here? I feel like I belong. The staff is always beyond kind, warm, and uplifting. They help me find outfits that not only fit great but make me feel amazing. They never make me feel like I don’t belong in that space in fact, it’s the opposite. I leave feeling confident, empowered, and truly appreciated. I honestly look forward to every visit. Thank you for creating a space where I feel at home. Huge thanks to Alondra i think thats her name? she was so good to me.

  The rudest staff ever and I will never return. The manager Alondra and the other gal in the store were very disrespectful and honestly seemed like they didn’t want to have any customers. They seemed annoyed I was in there, especially with a child. Not caring or respectful, will shop anywhere but there. Shameful customer service
