  I searched for this place to find the location and was surprised by the bad reviews. Well, when I went the staff were fine. The problem is that this is a women’s only store, and I find this out after I drive my the way over here and pay for parking. Why not call it MADEWELL FOR WOMEN or something so that we know this? Can I just get a pair of jeans? Jeez…

  This location is a disgrace to the brand. The staff is usually helpful and friendly in other stores, but the people who work here ignore customers. Judging from all the previous bad reviews, it seems my recent experience was common to this location. Advice to corporate: replace the team here with better people.

  Awful staff. I came in knowing exactly what pair of jeans I wanted, but was greeted by no one. Multiple of them just walked by me with no hello, not even a smile as I walked around. Where is the customer service? Once I finally found the pair I wanted (on my own) AND had to get my own fitting room because no one could be bothered to even look at me. (I also heard them greeting people that did not look like me while I was in the dressing room, so that also proved they indeed could speak) But then, I’m greeted with a smile when I’m at the register ready to check out- (oh I’m sure you thought I was just window shopping by the way I look- not too many people look like me in the Marina). The worker had the audacity to ask me “was there anyone that helped you out today?” I said “no one has acknowledged me the entire time I’ve been here- including you”. I understand it’s probably not fun selling clothes all day- a drag, but it’s pathetic and it’s your job. Have some sort of work ethic ladies.
