  This new redo for Madewell really works well. It’s two floors and feels way more elevated. The top floor has shoes, knits, menswear and so may fun accessories ! Very dangerous The more casual jeans and tops are on first floor. The staff is so great. Well done Madewell (new fan as I never could quite get into the brand and now I really found I love the accessories! )

  Not one person said hello to me and nobody asked me if I needed help with a size, nothing. I greeted the security guard when I walked in and even she didn’t even say hi to me, very unfortunate.

  I had such a wonderful experience at Madewell today. I want to give so much thanks to Sam and the team for helping me find my proper sizing for jeans today. They helped me find the right color, right size, figuring out the between curvy or regular fit. Sam was especially knowledgeable in understanding the differences between the different cuts (petite, curvy, regular), and it’s been really insightful, trying on the different fits (high rise, mid rise, cropped, etc), and where they land on the body even though not every single size was available. Sam was like an encyclopedia of madewell jeans. The store was busy but the customer service was so wonderful, and I really appreciated the help!
