- RCRicky Cee1 day ago1.0This has been the 3rd or 4th time this year where I’ve visited this store with my partner and every time we’ve come in, no one greets us or asks us if we need help. It’s usually not that big of a deal for me but this last time there were a couple other shoppers and I saw that the staff were being very helpful to them but ignored us. We walked all the way to the back of the store and passed every team member working and still didn’t get a greeting or anything. I don’t want to think this but I noticed that we were the only POC in the store and the only people that weren’t getting any help. I hope I’m wrong and they were just busy but this being the 3rd or 4th time, it’s hard not to see this pattern.

I went in to the stores and felt overwhelmed by all the options but Alaina came to my rescue! She helped me find jeans and tops to pair with it to be more on trend but still age appropriate. I left with a great "starter" pack to revamp my wardrobe. The clothes made me feel more confident, secure in my body, and trendy. Thank you so much Alaina!!
- ESErica StevensonsNov 28, 20221.0Wouldn’t recommend jeans for girls with thigh rub, my last 3 pairs lasted less then a year (I’d expect more when I spend over 100 for jeans). Also Madewell is doing third party sales in website, and has chosen not to support returns through them - so you have to contact another party - without a phone number. Overall not the experience I’d expect from a brand called Madewell.

- JWJerry WagnerApr 8, 20192.0My wife was getting her new jeans hemmed, so we called after two weeks to find that they hadn’t even been sent in for hemming yet! The woman on the phone gave us the biggest attitude about it, like it’s our fault it didn’t get sent out. After three weeks, we called back again and got the same attitude as if checking on our jeans twice is three weeks is such a pain for you to deal with. Definitely avoiding this location in the future.
