  There was absolutely no push to give a review for this store or Madewell. I just wanted to give credit to the sweet tall brunette representative that helped me yesterday (don’t remember name). 🤎

  I want to start by saying, I went to the gym and decided to go shop because I like spending money on myself. I didn't "look" decent when I walked in but that should not matter. I should still get a warm welcome not a stare down by the manager like I was some loser or bum off the streets. Not a fan of her energy and lack of helping. I did however meet a kind human being by the name of Adelle. She saw me struggling holding about 1k worth of clothing and while the manager to my surprise saw me didn't bother helping me, Adelle did. I actually thought Adelle was the manager. Her quickness, calming energy pushed me to buy almost everything in my hand. I have been in business for 15 years as someone who owns rentals, and a growing business, customer service is crucial and never judge a book by its cover because the people who might not look like they have money to spend do..... You work there to serve people with kindness and respect and you lack in that department. I have built teams and in my years of living, energy, attention to detail and attitude goes a long way. If you dislike your job, hand that position over to Adelle. I would hire her and place her in management immediately. That woman is not being seen for her capabilities. Not happy about service with the manager, very happy with Adelle. Would come back just to see her again. Five ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ for Adelle Thumbs down 👎 to management.

  I have been shopping at Madewell for a few years now and I’m always super impressed with the quality of their clothing and how often sales occur. The thing that pushed me to write this review, though, was the customer service. Any time I have an odd question, they are always more than happy to help me, and never make me feel like I should already know or am bothering them. Sometimes it’s hard time find great customer service in retail, but Madewell certainly knows how to do it! It makes me happy to be supporting such a great brand both clothing wise and customer service wise.

  I've always loved shopping at madewell for their cute clothes, outstanding customer service, and awesome members only events, and this location is no exception. The ladies were super patient and helpful in getting both my online and in-store order amidst the chaos. Will be coming back again!
