Seriously poor experience when you’re willing to spend money and get treated like a robot. First negative review I’ve written. Love the clothes - costumer treatment- not so much.

- AAAudreyJan 31, 20245.0Lauren was so friendly and kind and helpful! All the staff were super sweet and greeted me and my dog when we came in. The store has a very inclusive environment. I felt attended to the whole time and when I needed another size in something Lauren helped me order it online. I appreciate her going the extra mile to match the price to the online price. She rocks!!!
