- ESEsther SanramJul 22, 20251.0I had a disappointing experience at this location. The staff was unhelpful, and I felt that there was a clear bias in how customers were treated. It seemed that only white customers received attention and assistance, which was incredibly frustrating. I had intended to purchase a few items, but after feeling racially profiled, I chose to leave and went to another store in the mall where I received excellent service. I ended up spending a few hundred dollars there instead. It's disheartening to encounter such behavior in a retail environment. I would recommend being cautious if you're not white, as it seems the staff may not provide you with the support you deserve.

They have always taken their time with me and offered great advice. I have a tough time spending money on clothes, but I haven't regretted a single purchase from Madewell. They also have great sales!
