Emily was especially awesome — she really listened to what I was looking for and her product knowledge is incredible. The store itself was clean, organized, and had such an upbeat vibe. It’s so nice to shop somewhere where the employees genuinely care about helping you and give outstanding customer service. I highly recommend checking them out!

They went above and beyond to search from the East coast to the West for some jeans from a past season and found them for me! Not only that, they found them at an amazing price! My experience here is consistently good and the only thing that would make it better would be for them to expand to a larger Madewell that carries men's jeans like I've seen at other locations. These associates deserve a flagship store!

After 15 minutes of this, the manager finally came over and did the entire thing in 5 minutes. She told me, ‘it takes as long as it takes...’ no apology.
