  They carry a variety of sizes and styles in store even petite which I never find anywhere else! The staff there are extremely helpful, Julia and Alex were awesome!

  Yes, the price is a little above my normal range BUT the product is worth it. I have recently been wanting to update my wardrobe and decided to use Madewell as launching spot. The quality is the best but the staff there is amazing. They will take the time to help you put together an outfit and grab things for you as you try things on. Highly recommend.

  I wish I could say I had an even decent experience at this Madewell location. I am a valued and dedicated customer and have recently moved to the Providence area. A few months ago I went to this Madewell where I was informed to bring in old jeans for a partial refund (with receipt) for the prior pair of jeans I had bought. Excited, I brought back two pairs of jeans and got a money off coupon. They informed me that the workers who told us that information were not accurate. There is no such thing as getting money back on an already purchased pair of jeans. HOWEVER, these different employees told me to bring back more jeans to then have enough coupons for a new pair of jeans! With this information, I went back a few weeks later (last week) and brought back more jeans. I then went to try on a new pair to purchase with a discount. I went to the register where a different employee than the prior two times said that you are not allowed to use more than one coupon at a time. So, due to their lack of knowledge and communication throughout the department, I was expected to pay nearly full price for jeans after giving away six pairs. I have never had an experience this bad with any retail store. I demand there is a meeting throughout this Madewell store to discuss protocol and rules. I was very excited for another pair of Madewell jeans, but now I will spend my money elsewhere, and so will everyone I know.

  Great staff and selections, but they barely carry Tall sizes - alas! 👖
