  Restaurant was closed but allowed me to place my order. Manager said I could either get a refund which would take a couple days to process or come get my food tomorrow. If I wanted the food tomorrow I would have ordered it tomorrow. Also a refund is the least you could do. I don’t think they did enough for THEIR mistake. I didn’t do anything wrong but I am the one with the money out of my account and having to wait for a refund. Do better. Either make sure this doesn’t happen or do more to make up for YOUR mistake. Disappointed I never got to try the food but trust me I never will!

  I politely asked the cashier to lightly add ranch on my chicken burger WITH pickles and she purposely DRENCHED my burger with ranch with NO pickles.
