- DCDon CruzAug 21, 20251.0Called and spoke to service they had someone else answer the phones last week who was nice but said she was new but didn't have an update. I talked to someone named Eugenia today who was far less professional and rude.They can't give me any updates and my bike was scheduled for an appointment last week . I keep getting brushed off. Honesty goes a long way when it comes to service and their approach is awful. If it's going to be awhile tell me don't cover it up with maybes. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

The purchase experience was excellent. It was as painless as a big purchase can be. My salesman Chris and Kyle in finance were great to work with. 5 stars for that. I did give a 3 star overall for the condition in which it was delivered. This is a brand new 2025 machine. I feel for what dealers charge for dealer prep it could have been better. I spent a couple hours getting it all detailed and its ok now. Yes, I know it's an ATV but it still would have been nice for it to have been detailed when I picked it up. Would I recommend them? Absolutely! They just need to work on their dealer prep is all.
