  I hit my third pothole of the summer that popped my tire on Friday. I got it changed and took the popped tire into Robbie and the folks at mad hatter. It was Friday late morning so Robbie said he wasn't sure if they would get the tire in before Monday. Per usual he offered me a loaner car if needed for the weekend. A few hours later Robbie called and said the tire was in and I drove out and in a few minutes I was back on the road with a new tire. 3x this summer and 3x they got me a new tire in and installed either that day or first thing in the morning. Their loaner cars are very convenient as life goes on. In another situation my back hatch back would no longer open. I took it in thinking it was something jammed but it turned out to need a whole new latch. The best thing I've found is that whenever they look at my car I feel they are being honest with me and give me the most affordable and effective way to fix it. Once they were worried about a frame issue and we're worried it might be gone. They worked hard on it finding a bolt that needed to go in but didnt want to. One of their technicians figured out a way to reinsert the bolt and getting me back on the road without replacing the frame. Im a dunce about cars so they could tell me I need a new engine and I would have no idea. They take the time and find the issue and give you options to fix it. I feel really good that they are being honest and the work they do do is top noth and they dont cut corners to get it right or over state the services needed to jack up the bill. Unless I win the lottery and my Lamborghini has to be serviced at the Lamborghini dealership my cars are always going to mas hatter

  I brought my Lexus in to be worked on because I was running into an exhaust pipe issue. I purchased an original equipment exhaust pipe from the dealership, and when I went to put it on, it was about 4 in too long. I took it to mad hatter, and a young kid by the name of Alex helped weld and cut my exhaust pipe to the proper size. He did an excellent job. But at the front desk also was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely use their services again. They seem to be the go-to place for any type of Muffler work. I highly recommend.

  I came in to get my car serviced because I was having a couple of problems and instead they walked me through what they thought the issue was and what could fix it. They didn't sell me a service and instead told me everything that I could do to fix it myself or what the next steps would be thanks Robbie and Vince!!

  Very courteous, quick, and knowledgeable. Gave me a clean bill on my GMC and gave me advice for her 50,000 mile checkup. They were helpful to all the other customers as well who came in, and those who called. It was a great relief to find a place who cares about the customer and doesn't try to push things on you.

  I needed someone to look at a few things, and wanted to find a new mechanic. Called Mad Hatter because of their reviews here (and the location is convenient for me). The initial call was great. They got me in fairly quick. The inspection was exceptional - good summary of everything they checked, and quite a few photos. I really appreciate that. Great follow up phone call explaining what they saw. The estimate was easy to understand, didn’t include stuff I didn’t need, and matched our phone conversation. Cost was entirely reasonable. They got it done on schedule (even a bit quicker). The guys in the office are friendly. Easily one of the best experiences I’ve had at a shop, and they will be my go-to shop going forward. I have already convinced one friend to take his vehicle there, and I’ve told both of my kids they should be using Mad Hatter for their vehicles.
