  Adam Windsor and Rigo Johnson did an outstanding job installing our new windows. They covered everything and cleaned up after installing each window. They were very professional and took the time to make sure each window was installed correctly. We are very happy with the quality of the windows and they gave our house a great new look.

  Joshua Rissman was very professional along with his son and son-in-law. When they got to our home they introduced themselves. They were all very professional and personable. If we had questions Joshua or his crew members were right there to explain in detail to us. They were very informational and informative. These guys and their attention to detail was fabulous. I would give them a 10 out of 10 for a rating. I would highly recommend this crew and Mad City when ordering Windows and installing them.

  We had an amazing installer named Keenan do our bathroom shower. He was very detailed and knew what needed to be done. He did an impeccable job, we couldn’t be happier! From Keenan, Matt and Nick you guys went above and beyond to make things so easy for us, thank you for everything. Your company is lucky to have you all. Definitely recommend Mad City!!!!

  My husband and I both agree that mad City did exceptional job on Installing our new walk-in tub shower. We were told it would take 6-8 weeks for installation , however it was 4 weeks and we were not quite ready for the installation, they did work with us for another couple weeks. AJ Allen did great doing our installation. Yes , the price is pricey however, it is worth it as it includes labor installation, running new electrical and plumbing. Which we had to do on our own or contract out to another person to get it ready for them to install tub. Lifetime warranty is with all the installation besides the tub. Which is worth it! Everyone from sale person (Chris) to the installers were awesome!! Chris did awesome job in working with us in financing. Honestly, we have nothing to speak bad about our whole installation process!

  Very shawty work. We were told a seamless kitchen. There are numerous gaps and cracks. They came back to 'fix' but still not correct. The seams are so poor and very noticeable. Told the door by our dishwasher could not be corrected. We had to uninstall the door to wash dishes. Said only way to fix is to move dishwasher. Why would they measure to see the kitchen set up and not make corrections to be able to operate dishwasher correctly? We called when the first installation was a bad result. They came back to 'fix', but the bad seams were made worse, also dishwasher issue not fixed. They broke an heirloom during this time and did not let us know. Found out when cleaning up kitchen. This was heartbreaking as came from deceased grandparents and there were no issues when first installment and full kitchen being addressed. Why hide that you broke something? We made an additional complaint and received a call and then sent pictures of issues. Followed up a couple of times and received a message that they would connect. Followed up again that would follow up with complaint to BBB. Received a voicemail and called back and then called back again. Still no response. I feel like they sold us something that was not delivered on. We are so heartbroken due to how bad our kitchen looks now and what we have lost. This was not what we agreed to and I regret ever agreeing to this work. I'm very disappointed with the response we are getting to fix, and I wish we could have them just undo what they did. However, we can't get back the heirloom that was broken. Next steps is to file a small claim as we were not given what we agreed to. Seriously, buyer beware and stay away. They promise, Midwest Wisconsin values, but this is not what happens. Buyer, truly BEWARE.
