  Our basement shower was a mess. Previous owners did not keep grout up and water got in walls. Mad City tech demo'd and built a new shower in just a couple of days. It is beautiful!!!!

  I am pleased with the installation of windows on my home. The workman did a very nice job and cleaned up and were careful about nearby garden plants. Thank you.

  This was a clear cut deal from the moment I called to the installation completion. Everyone was helpful and professional, lots of progress messages as we waited for my large new sliding was created and delivered, and installation scheduled. My installers, Trevor and Quincy, were punctual, friendly, and professional, getting that monster replaced and even went the extra distance to clean my deck in the process. After, Trevor gave me a thorough explanation of everything from the doors features to the warranty and contact information while we inspected the finished product. I highly recommend Mad City to everyone looking for professional construction work done.

  At first I was impressed by the work that the guys did. However, the actual management of the company have been doing a bad job. I was supposed to also get a fan installed and the contractor who was supposed to do that did not come when the bathroom was installed. He came a few days later, told me they couldn't do the work today and would call me back next week. This was in late July- it is now mid/late September. I have reached out to Mad City on MULTIPLE occasions about when the contractor will be in to finish the job and I have yet to receive any information from anyone. Now I have had to start paying my loan for the shower when the work is yet to be completed. I will be getting an attorney and suing for incompletion of work.

  If you're nervous and getting the windows. Ask for Ian Spechman, his company take action construction were fantastic. Patient with my questions, understanding of my concerns and just went above and beyond. Sales guy Todd was great as well my wife and I had pstd from a previous experience (Guy selling vacuum from the mall). He did say my screens would stay up if I wanted to lower my windows from top they dont. We are still waiting to hear back about that. Really isn't a big deal. The only reason I have to give 4 stars is the price, and im worried about the lifetime warranty the sales guy really hyped it up. If the warranty is as good as he says then it is well worth the price and ill be adjusting this to a five star rating.
