Today I received 6 calls in a row I answered on the third and told them to stop calling. They continued to call. I blocked the number and they have proceeded to call from two other numbers. Won’t be using this company simply from the disrespectful and unprofessional approach.

I also appreciated them lining the hallway with drop cloths and cleaning up after the job. I would recommend Mad City to anyone looking to replace their current shower configuration.

Made suggestions that I hadn’t even thought about to help me get the look. I wanted then the day that Mike and Logan a.k.a. Bob and Tom came out to install the kitchen was kept very clean during demolition. They picked up the nails so my elderly mother who lives with me wouldn’t step on them. They swept the driveway and out by their work truck so that they didn’t have Sawdust everywhere. There is some dust in the kitchen that I have to clean up, but other than that, they did not even leave me a mess and I love my cabinets and my drawers and they are beautiful. Thank you so much.
