  I purchased a used Gravely ZTXD from an outside party. The unit required scheduled service and few minor repairs. I met Nick, who handles the parts department. He is professional and obtained all the parts and materials quickly and they were delivered when he said they arrive. They definitely earned a repeat customer!

  I gave the parts department my serial number to order a carburetor kit.. I asked him if screws for the carburetor would be in the kit and he said yes, they would. When I went to pick the kit up, the screws were not in the carburetor kit. Then, he told me he could not order the screws for that. Because he didn't know how to look it up.. the next day, I went to put the carburetor kit together and it was the wrong kit.. Well, I took it back and asked him to order the right ones? Then he said, oh, I'm sorry. I did not look at last part of the serial numbers in order to know what carburetor it was. Then, he tells me, oh, i'm sorry. I don't know how to look that up. I'm sure if you're running a lawn mower repair shop you should be able to look up what parts are needed to repair a certain brand of parts when the customer has the item in hand with them. I believe you should have someone who knows what they are doing.

  We were very informed on all the lawn services they were selling. John was excellent at sales. He gave us all the different options they had available. He searched for the best prices too! We have had our 5 hour service and it was very convenient in getting our ex-mark in. It’s a great mower. I would highly recommend going to Mac Equipment in Lewisburg,TN
