  Highly, highly DO NOT recommend M Squared Accounting for their tax services. We had used them in the past for our taxes and everything was OK then. But this year, it was a complete different story. Started the tax process with them per usual, but then they suddenly disappeared, no communication, no update, no anything. We've emailed repeatedly, called repeatedly and left messages repeatedly. No response. At this point, its been 7 months since we've heard from them with the tax deadline approaching. M Squared has been totally unprofessional and I know we are not in this boat alone because others have left similar reviews with similar experiences this year.

  I was with Monique for 4 years. Everything was fine until this tax year, when they up and disappeared. I've emailed, I've called and left messages repeatedly. Honestly, I'm leaving this review just in hopes that someone will reach out to me. I don't know what happened.

  I’m truly blessed to have found Monique and her accounting business! I had some complex things last year and Monique’s expertise, experience, and diligent research of the tax code left us with a nice refund instead of a five figure tax bill. M squared’s rates are affordable and for the customer service and responsiveness it was worth every penny! My husband and I have found our go-to tax accountant!
