  Beautiful hotel but it’s a shame they try to scam non smokers into paying a $500 “smoking fee” when nobody in that room even smokes. Also the blatant disrespect and lack of communication is a down side. They took the charge off because they were wrong but still didn’t even offer an apology😂 I am not a fan of big corporations scamming people out of hundreds of dollars while they are just trying to enjoy their vacation…

  Superb hotel in a brilliant location. Staff were excellent, very kind and helpful. Although located at Times Square, there wasn't a sound in our bedroom from the busy outdoors. We stayed in Room 511 which was an executive king size specification. It was a very spacious room with all the required amenities. Room service was provided every day with bed linen changed and fresh towels. The bathroom was perfect with a hot shower and bath. Subway and Port Authority Bus Terminal are a short walk away which will take you wherever you need to go. I highly recommend this hotel if you're planning a trip to see all the sights in New York. We had a superb holiday. Thank you Aura Hotel At Times Square and thank you New York. 😊

  Nous avons séjourné une semaine en famille (deux adultes et deux enfants) à l’hôtel M Social Times Square et tenons à souligner la qualité générale de cet établissement. Les espaces communs ainsi que les chambres sont maintenus dans un état irréprochable de propreté, ce qui contribue fortement au sentiment de confort dès l’arrivée. L’ambiance globale se distingue par sa chaleur et sa quiétude, un véritable atout au cœur de l’effervescence new-yorkaise. Le petit-déjeuner est satisfaisant tant en termes de variété que de qualité. Cependant, nous avons été confrontés à un manque d’espace dans la salle dédiée : il nous est arrivé d’attendre jusqu’à 20 minutes debout pour obtenir une table. Un inconvénient notable lorsque l’on s’apprête à débuter une journée particulièrement rythmée de visites et d’activités en ville. Nous souhaitons adresser un remerciement tout particulier à deux réceptionnistes, Yves et Jallel, dont le professionnalisme exemplaire, l’écoute et la disponibilité ont nettement enrichi notre expérience. Leur sens du service et leur approche chaleureuse méritent d’être salués. À l’inverse, nous avons été déçus par l’attitude de Ruslan, membre de l’équipe de réception, dont le comportement s’est avéré froid, peu courtois et dépourvu d’entraide allant même faire une signe de main pour nous dire de partir. Son manque de professionnalisme a clairement contrasté avec l’excellence de ses collègues. En conclusion, malgré quelques points perfectibles, notamment l’organisation du petit-déjeuner et l’attitude isolée d’un collaborateur, nous recommandons vivement l’hôtel M Social Times Square pour son confort, son emplacement stratégique et la qualité de service majoritaire rencontrée.

  Definitely avoid this hotel at all cost we were scammed out of $500 …a smoking fee for a room. I have never touched a cigarette in my whole life and have asthma. That’s the furthest thing I would do! They wouldn’t even talk to us and claimed we were smoking while we were not even near the hotel, we were on the other side of the city …total scam artists -don’t stay here ever. Like this is a chronic problem if you look at the reviews

  So I left few hours ago. I was so disappointed that I went to the reviews to see if I hed a different experience from another's. I see that the problems that I hed was repetitive. I really hope not to get some chargers for smoking. I hed to go 32 floors and another elevator to get to the street corner. The roof toop bar is beautiful BUT NO ONE CLEANS ,NO ONE COLLECTS DERTY PLASTIC GLASS..REALY GROSS. the rooms are small and old . For this price I would expect much much more.
