One of the best hotels my husband and I have stayed in. The entire hotel & casino was clean. The staff were all customer friendly. Provided with excellent service. The food prices are reasonable and love they have late night food availability. Most definitely look forward to the next stay.

Comfortable rooms.  The property is far away from the strip and civilization.   So you are confined to restuarants and coffe shop in the resort.
Surprisingly, this is the first hotel where indis not find hot kettle , coffee , tea sugar supplies not available and will not be provided because there is a 24/7 coffee shop.

A first time Guest at this off the strip Hotel Resort but I am Totally Loving this place not just for its Beautiful Property (go check out the Awesome Pool area with a HUGE Tv screen for Sports) but also for its calm, relaxed atmosphere and the Wonderful, Wonderful Customer Service from All of the Staff here! From our Positive Dinner Experience at the Italian restaurant (ask for Jack, he’ll take care of you) to Brian at the Casino Guest Services area as well as the Wonderful Staff at the Vig Deli who are so Friendly, Interactive, and just Good, down to earth Human Beings!
No craziness over here like the Vegas Strip—instead, just Enjoyment (Peace & Relaxation); Positive Vibes provided by the Wonderful Staff; and very Delicious Food Options at good prices that are all freshly made daily onsiteI I even Enjoyed exercising/ walking around the property where every staff member greeted me and engaged me in conversation and with a friendly smile! Thank you M Resorts for making our stay so Positive; we Enjoy your  L'Auberge Casino property in Lake Charles and this location definitely Lives up to your High Standards of Customer Service! 👍🏽

Everything about this resort is excellent!  The rooms, restaurants, gaming, grounds, cleanliness, friendly/helpful employes and especially our host....Brandon!  He and the M made our little 3 night getaway the absolute best!  Can't wait to go back.

This was a horrible experience and I’m pretty sure it’s because of the color of my skin, I took a look around and no one looked like me. They gave me such a hard time checking into this hotel. The person who booked wasn’t with me at the moment, however, she was initially told that she couldn’t add me to the reservation and then I arrived and they told me in order for me to check in I would’ve had to been added to the reservation prior to checking in. They then allowed an email to be sent, shortly after the email was sent they proceeded to ask me for a different card other than the one on file requesting that $1500 be available because they would put a hold but the initial card that we booked with, a portion of the room was already paid on it & the room only totaled $1663 so that didn’t make sense as well. I never heard of hotel that doesn’t do 3rd party authorizations, people book hotels for people all the time. Also, if she was able to send authorization for the check in via email, why couldn’t she authorize the card on file to be charged? Ultimately, everyone just didn’t really have a clear answer. This is a huge inconvenience and they were not very accommodating, it’s sad because a lot of business has been referred here. I am not pleased at all & I’ll never be staying here again.
