  I previously had no problems in past 2 years. My tank is supposed to be on a schedule where it is refilled weekly in the winter. It hasn't been refilled in 18 days and is at 20% with several coming days of temps in negatives. When I called and asked why, I was told the computer must not have pulled us up then was told we will be back on the schedule for Friday, 4 days away. This error was not on me (our bill is always paid in full promptly). A bit disappointed that they didn't offer to come fill it despite my expressing worry that we might run out. I felt this was poor customer service. Girl on the phone didn't seem to care in the least. **update- someone else seemed to care and guy came out today in 0° wind chill and filled the tank. He spoke to my husband and apologized. My faith is restored. Would give 5 stars but girl on the phone lack of concern knocks it down one.

  Great customer service. I work for a different propane supplier, so I don't use them anymore, but I still felt that they deserved the good review.
