  Great experience! The apartments are spacious and the leasing team is very helpful and supportive. The 24/7 concierge is really helpful with fixing stuff. I’m especially impressed with their amenities- the indoor pool and entrance to Trader Joe’s is really convenient!

  I have been a tenant at Lyon Place Apartments for 59 days. The community is very friendly, and the unit is comfortable. However, I decided to write this review to single out the staff. The ladies at the concierge are delightful. In addition, the leasing manager goes above and beyond. Thank you -Lyon Place Mgmt!

  Living at Lyon Place has been fantastic! My wife and I have had such a great experience — Megan and Wilbur are amazing, and the front desk team is always on top of things, especially with packages and questions. Whenever there’s a maintenance issue in the apartment, it gets taken care of right away — we’re especially grateful to Henry for his quick and reliable help. The location is perfect: super convenient yet still peaceful and cozy. The neighbors are also friendly and welcoming, which really adds to the sense of community. And it’s great for pets, too! Honestly, we can’t recommend it highly enough.

  Excellent location and great staff! The complex is behind Trader Joe’s, close to the Metro Station, near CVS, USPS, gyms, the Dry Cleaners and restaurants and shops so practically everything is within walking distance. Shoutout to Wilber from the Leasing Office, Henry from the Engineering & Maintenance Team and to Toni, our weekend concierge for assisting when the movers arrived on Easter Sunday. Good job!!! Highly recommended 👍👍
