Kathy Williams was our representative today while looking for a new sectional or couch and love seat replacement for our 15 year old furniture. She was so good with helping us with our questions about some different things and we found what we wanted and she answered all of our questions professionally. She's got a great sense of humor too. I called Lynn's and spoke to Jared Rexford, Salesman. I explained that I was looking for a recliner Lift Chair and told him my price range and asked what was available. He called me back a little later and said he had something I might be interested in
I told him I would be in the following day to try it out. I purchased the lift chair and I'm very happy with my decision.

I'm not even sure this is a real furniture store. People in town told me to avoid this place and now I see why.
When shopping for a bed with floor sales team member, I told her I was short on time and trying to make a purchase quickly. She literally asked me to wait so she could serve some senior couple. I promptly grabbed another team member to assist with my purchase. They apologized for the old ladys spaciness and helped me make a purchase. 3 days got pushed a week back, then pushed another week back. Now there is no date for delivery at all. This was ordered to be delivered at shop, not my house.
I just want my money back. I know now to never shop at Lynns
Edit: 10/20/2025 after getting ahold of management and filing complaint with BBB, it materialized overnight. When I arrived for pickup, some husky floor salesman asked how this transaction went sour. I explained the lack of communication and professionalism led us down this path, and the 2 and a half week delay left me and my family dissatisfied. He attempted to get me riled up, even threateningly shouting he knows where I work. I honestly was shocked, but I can't be antagonized by little people. I work at Ford in Chicago, me and 5k others.
Don't shop at or let anyone you know shop at Lynn's furniture.
My wife and I purchased a very nice three-piece blue-grey leather living room furniture in Ocotver 2024. We love the couch and other pieces. Lynn's was pleasant to deal with. Low to no pressure from the salesman. Timely delivery and set up. Good buying experience.

Great experience!!! The store employees were kind, available, and helpful! Jared was very patient with me and my indecisiveness, and he even used his expertise to help me select color and fabric for a nursery glider. Joe presented us with different options for mattresses and helped us find what works for us without any hard sales pressure.
