  This review is for Amanda! She has been nothing but helpful and amazing throughout my entire process of making Lyndy my new home! She has answered all of my questions asap and I can see all the hard work she does for the Lundy community and residents. Thank you for making my first time renting experience a breeze!

  Filling out the maintenance request was straightforward, the response was quick, and Erin was kind, efficient, and even more helpful when he noticed that some caulking was also needed on the tub and took care of that quick at the same time. Thank yooouuu!

  Overall my experience has been positive. Couple of comments: - Parking garage is not very secure. All bikes were stolen recently and cameras are inaccessible. Garage door is a tarp which was ripped open and exposed for people to break in. - Maintenance requests are slow. I have put in several requests to fix my key fab to access my apartment for months and no response.

  Moved into property in June 2020. Transferred to larger unit in November 2020 for which I had to pay a transfer fee and sign new lease. Upon move-in, the larger unit had hole in closet ceiling that leaked onto shelf and hanging bar and damage to kitchen floor. It took 9 months to get closet fixed. I’m still waiting for kitchen floor to be repaired. Supposedly a non-smoking property (important to me because of allergies), but management has said they cannot enforce that. Many times, marijuana smell has seeped into my apartment. Reported it to management and was told to call police as the the property can’t do anything without police report. Multiple property managers and maintenance staff in the short time I’ve been here. Great location. Generally quiet building. I have dogs so the walk-up patio overlooking the Greenway is awesome. Honestly, that’s the primary reason I stay.

  Just like Kristen I am dealing with the SAME issues with this new management. There has yet to be a cleaning crew hired and trash and used doggie bags have piled up near the entrance and the change in management happened a month ago. The water has decided to no longer heat up causing our dishwasher, shower and sink to not be functioning properly. This is totally unacceptable for what residents in Lyndy are paying for rent. This is a luxury apartment building and from what I have seen from sage management it is nothing of the sort. FIX IT. Comments from their other properties have listed the SAME issues. The other building being build on Harriet and Grand are looking really nice right about now. I’d avoid properties owned by Sage. First impressions are the last impressions.
