Tried Ly's for the 1st time this weekend. Took the food to go but was thoroughly impressed. Food tastes amazing, even the next day after reheating. Portion sizes for the entree are great! To top it off it's Halal so you know you're getting clean meat. Would highly recommend over other random Chinese restaurants.

We went to Ly’s Kitchen for the buffet, and our experience was very disappointing from the start. The male cashier at the counter was extremely rude to us. We mentioned that our child is 9 years old, but he insisted that our daughter was over 9 in a very disrespectful way. When we checked out, he added a 15% tip to the bill — which was shocking, as no one actually served us. It’s a buffet! To make things worse, the receipt even had an extra column asking for an additional tip. When I questioned him about it, he responded rudely and used inappropriate language. The restaurant owner really needs to reconsider keeping such an employee, as his attitude gives a very bad impression of the business. We paid over $73 for a family of three (two adults and one child, age 9) — $18.99 per person — for below-average food and poor service. The buffet had only about eight dishes, including French fries. Overall, it was the worst experience ever. I will never visit this restaurant again.

We visited for the first time specifically to try the dinner buffet, which starts at 6 PM. We arrived at 6:45 PM, meaning the food had only been out for 45 minutes. Despite the early hour, the food was strikingly stale—tasting dried out, old, and certainly not freshly prepared for the start of the evening service. The overall taste was mediocre at best. Adding to the poor value was the billing. We were charged an automatic 15% service charge on a self-serve buffet, which is an outrageous policy. The bill then provided an option for an additional tip. For the lack of quality and the minimal service provided (self-serve food, basic drink refills), this felt like a complete rip-off. We doubt ordering off the menu would be any better. Will not be returning.

Great food by friendly great people. Food has top notch flavor. Like spicy and tangy. Not that same old bland Chinese you get everywhere that is mostly sweet and terrible. This place has complex flavors. Singapore noodles are the best. Also most places don’t have this dish. It is amazing here. Next up Mongolian beef and basically any chicken dish. Popping with flavor. For my halalis out there, this is the authentic Chinese cuisine you are missing out on. This is authentic. Loved it all. And service. I placed a large order like 20 dishes and it was on time packages and taken to my car. Ali was friendly and extremely helpful. Get here quick and get some amazing food.

0 review for this place. There are a lot of issues. 1) Cockroaches and spiders were roaming around the table. 2) Taste is very below avg. 3) They are looting people. Our bill was 70 dollars, they charged 18% tip that is 14 dollars by themselves, they also charged 6 dollars tax (understandable) but they are also charging extra 4 dollars tax if you are paying through card. Why 4 dollars extra tax on card if you are already charging 6 dollars on bill? Bill was 70 dollar but they exceeded it to 94 dollars just by adding unnecessary tip and tax.
