They came and repaired it but I am not comfortable sitting on it, fearing it will fall again. I am a large person but was told several times this seat would hold much more than I weigh. Second, one of the shelves fell off and we didn't even bother to call them to come repair it. Looks good on the outside but many flaws when it come to the rest of it.
