  (FYI Our salesperson was Marcus). Ok new review! (If KARMA is a real thing, these people better buckle up cuz i wouldn't want that kind of bad karma!) There's nothing worse than a liar, especially ones trained to lie for a living. Don't trust these people yall. They are not honest and nice, they only care about themselves and making a sale. The thing that really irritates me is the way they get people in with the 75 inch tv or washer and dryer by putting a deposit on a home. We put almost $40k down. They then said they couldn't deliver it to my address. So they sent a prepaid visa with money on it for a TV. But it doesn't work. $1200 visa u cant use, tried 3 different times 3 different ways. Can't even use it for a house payment 🙄. We have paid 2 house payments now and still are not in our home. Got the water running and every and I mean every sink had pipes not attached. Its been a headache like u would not believe. Its been over a year since we closed on the home. They pressured us hard core to get everything signed so they could start getting paid. They don't care if you are in ur home, they don't care about you or me or any buyer. Once its signed you have no help. Still find something almost weekly how they screwed us over again. If u purchase from them I wish you the best, I warned you. I wish I had been warned. NEVER AGAIN

I had NO IDEA where to start when it came to buying a mobile home, and Carrie helped me every step of the way.
