- AMAnna ManessOct 11, 20255.0This is a wonderful, family-friendly place to live. The units and community areas are very well-kept, the landscaping is beautiful and there’s lots of parking spaces. Staff are timely, considerate and easy to work with. Maintenance requests have always been completed within 1-2 days. Staff does a great job of planning community events and bringing food trucks out for residents. The application process was streamlined well, and Harrison helped answer all of our questions and more. We love it here!

Maintenance is always quick and so friendly, and the front office staff is super helpful and responsive. I always feel like my voice is heard. Recently, I needed to adjust my living situation and really wanted to stay in the community instead of moving elsewhere. The Luminary made that possible by offering me a transfer to a unit that fit my needs, and I just completed the process. I can’t say enough good things about how smoothly it went. Harrison was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to make everything stress-free. He was patient, thorough, and always quick to answer any questions I had- which was many, lol! Moving can be overwhelming, but Harrison made it so much easier. I really appreciate all of his help and highly recommend working with him!
