My wife and I recently purchased floors here for our new house. We couldn't thank April enough for her professionalism and overall help with finding the perfect hardwoods for our home. Not only was she helpful in the store, but very responsive with any questions on the phone and with communication as to when our order was ready to make the whole process seamless.

I don’t often leave reviews for businesses, but I felt compelled to due to the unbelievably frustrating experience of trying to get floors installed through Lumber Liquidators.
My order was delayed due to the work order being submitted to the installers incorrectly multiple times, to the point where the installers needed to contact the regional manger for LL and a manager from a different location had to intervene and submit the work order correctly. All the while the workers in the store kept blaming the installers.
Once that was resolved, I got a call from the installers saying they received a request for a measurement after I had already had one. Then after signing all of the documents in store for the order and install, I was told over a week later that I missed a document and that my hardware wouldn’t come in until I signed, further delaying my order.
At this point I have no faith that anything has been done correctly and I’m hoping that my flooring comes in soon so I can schedule the install.
Avoid Lumber Liquidators at all cost. I am regretting not going through Home Depot like I have done in the past.
