  We had hybrid floors installed over our hard woods, which were damaged from dogs. They installed entire 1000 square foot house in one day! Came out great, so easy to clean

  If i could give 0 stars i would. We have spent over $16k in this store renovating our whole house and i was sold an out of stock FWF Grill as a template by a Manager there so my husband could install the floor. We went back less than 3 months later and were told that the grill is no longer made to those dimensions since the company went out of business. When asked about custom made grills to fit the size they gave me he said yes but would take 4-6 weeks. Once I chose that option, he quickly said that he was not willing to pay for those and that he was okay eating the $5 discontinued grill amount but was unable to find. He basically suggested that we glue an extra strip of wood to the side of the vent so it would fit. Are you kidding me!!!!!! After spending the amount of a small car at this store this is what you suggest i do!!!!!! NO ATTENTION TO DETAIL....NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
