  Lumber Liquidators and specifically Jason Payne and his crew are incredible. They went above and beyond to make sure that the order was right and on time. The installers showed up on the day they promised and executed flawlessly. I would highly recommend Lumber Liquidators to anyone.

  It took 10 months, and hours of calls and emails, but I finally got my product ONLY AFTER CONTACTING Utah Consumer Protection Division. Without them I still would be out my money and not have what I ordered. So if you want to avoid that GO ELSEWHERE!! This company refuses to take any responsibility, even the manager, Jason, refuses to take any responsibility in the ordeal. (My order was changed without my knowledge among other things.) That being said Lumber Liquidators gives store managers zero leeway or flexibility to fix any issues so I am not sure why anyone would work there. But the managers also don't seem interested in training their crew. Like other reviews here have said, after they could not find my product I was in their warehouse looking for it with them which gave me some secondhand embarrassment. Just this whole place is so so so poorly run and once they have your money they couldn't care less if you actually get what you ordered. It's not really their problem apparently.

  Ordered wood flooring and stair noses from this company. The in-store team members were amazing however, and wood flooring came just fine but now we are 3 months deep into a second round of re-made stair noses. It has been a huge hassle and we keep not getting our project done because of it. The first set of noses didn’t match the wood flooring at all in the coloring. Took them 8 weeks to do a second set on stair noses. To ensure they got the right match we shipped them a sample of the wood flooring. Finally got those in, and now they match, but noticed they cut the groove wrong so it won’t slot into the wood planks. Now we’re on round 2 of them fixing the issue. Throughout all of this they aren’t offering any kind of refund or discount for all the hassle and bad product we have been receiving. It may be best to buy at a more reliable and reputable company.
