  Will never use lumber liquidators ever again. They told me my flooring would be here on September 30 and on October 2nd I had to call them to find out that my flooring would not be here until October 7th and then on October 4th I got a call saying now my flooring would be here by October 14th. I have to wait weeks for my flooring while my house is torn apart. I tore out all the carpet out so I could put flooring in. Now to their installers they emailed and said within 24 hours of this email we will call to set appointment for measurements. 4 days later they finally called. No I'm sorry no nothing. Unreliable and don't care.update on my flooring it didn't again show up when they said it would. So I canceled it bc I couldn't wait any longer I'm moving soon and need things done. Now they want to charge me 25 percent for restocking fee. This is crazy they are in breech of their own contract and didn't give me my money back for deposit I had to pay for their people to come out an measure that didn't even call me when they said they would. Now I'm in talks with my lawyer. They will give me the rest of my money back. This is a terrible business practice. I will never do business with this company ever again. I will not put up with this and no one should.

  Placed an online order to pickup in Scottsdale. Check the order confirmation and it said pickup in Salt Lake City. Called their 1-800 number to switch pickup locations on Tuesday rep "Nicholas" said it shouldn't be a problem it hasn't shipped & he'd call me back. Never called back so I called the store directly on Wednesday spoke to "Bob" who said he had to escalate it to the ops manager and they'd call back, never did. Then Friday I receive a call from "Nicholas" saying they can't switch the pickup location because it shipped (never got an email saying that) then said he could have it shipped from the Salt Lake City store to Scottsdale but I'd have to pay $1,500 fee and they couldn't cancel and re order to the Scottsdale store because "it's on back order until October." We're in October...? So I requested he cancel the order and just refund me (we'll see how long that takes) first and last time using Lumber Liquidators.

  I cannot recommend LL Flooring (Scottsdale location) to anyone especially small business owners. My flooring was delivered to Scottsdale and then sent out of state without unloading it or even giving me the chance to pick it up myself. I received an email from the store manager confirming I could pick up my order Friday, so both my husband and I took the day off work to make the 3-hour drive. At 4 PM the night before, I was told the forklift was “broken” and my material couldn’t be unloaded. When I called, the employee was sarcastic and dismissive, and the manager minimized the issue by telling me to “think how we feel.” He then claimed he had “just reordered” my product but when I checked through LL Flooring’s customer service line, they couldn’t even confirm that. Now I’ve been told I’ll have to wait until October 7. This has caused: • Lost wages for me and my husband • Multiple contractor reschedules (at my cost) • Serious delays in opening my dance studio, which depends on this flooring What’s worse: LL Flooring has refused to expedite my order, deliver it directly, or provide an in-stock alternative at no cost even though these delays were entirely their fault. This has been the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had with a company. Miscommunication, broken promises, and no accountability. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, do not trust LL Flooring with your project.

  Nice people but you need to check the location of they have what you need. Cause the web will say they have it but may be in the warehouse
