Look up the class action lawsuit against Lumber Liquidators before you do business with this chain,. They sold toxic laminate flooring and are doing essentially nothing to help their customers. I was told they would send an air quality kit to make sure my family wasn't being exposed to toxic levels of formaldehyde and it never came. On a corporate level this is a company that would rather roll the dice with the safety of their own customers instead of owning up to selling a highly carcinogenic product. I feel bad for the franchise owners because they are associated with the corporate "higher ups" who are doing everything they can to screw their own reputation as a corporation. I urge you to look up the investigative reports on these products, it's shocking.
