I called and they said I had to open a ticket with corporate. They should have done that to help me out. Furniture being delivered tomorrow so this is a mess. If I return it I get a 25% restocking fee. Stay away from Lumber Liquidators Edit: As suggested by the staff. I called Customer Support at around 11am. They never returned my call. Just reinforces the lack of commitment to customer satisfaction
