  I will never use lumber liquidators again! The sales staff is very knowledgeable and upon ordering it went very smoothly, then my night nightmare began. I was told by the sales person that the goods were in stock in a local store that I could get them very quickly, I did have a deadline.I had to meet. The week that I figured they would be delivered.I heard from no one. I called the store and they had no real answer for me. I called the store again the following day and continued for 4 days to find out my delivery date. I was given no definite answer except that someone would be calling me. I even called the store where the goods were located and still no definite answer. Finally the day before my deadline where I needed the goods.I got a call from the shipping company and they arrange shipment with me the following day. They insisted that I would be the first out first delivery for the day. Well, it is now 12 o'clock and no delivery.We found out that they were just loading the goods. Four thirty still no delivery , even though we were just told they should be there in thirty minutes an hrs & 1/2 ago. I have workers waiting for this floor so I had to pay them for not working today, but waiting for the floor to be delivered. I did call corporate office but finds out that they do not have a corporate office so don't bother. They do have overseas customer service representatives that try to help you.Nobody would give me compensation for this issue that I'm having. They said they could not. If you plan on receiving your goods u paid for, do not use this company. To try someone else.

  I stopped into lumber liquidators for the first time since the change over from LL flooring, and I must say I’m not impressed. I asked to speak to the manager, all the managers in this location have always done great and was told HE was off. I asked if the female manager still worked here and was told no, she left and her assistant manager was replaced her. I’m hoping she wasn’t replaced by the one that smells but from the look of the desk she was. They both asked if they could help me instead, and then one needed to take a store call. They were both willing to help and they were professional, the one that helped me I asked her to grab me samples while the other was checking on product in the back, after she left I got a better look around the desk and it is disgusting. Meanwhile the sales associate that helped me had their desk near and clean. I’m sorry I will no longer do business at lumber liquidators, no manager should allow their store to look the way this one does. And it never has looked this way. Dispite the other two sales people doing perfectly and being professional. I cannot in good conscience buy something from a dirty store I don’t want to see what the back looks like I’ve added pictures I took when the girls were in the back they shouldn’t have to clean upafter the MANAGER
