  Bought a beautiful Teak butcher block Island top. Price was great and customer service excellent! The guys that work there are all very friendly and helpful! We had a small hiccup but they made it all right!

  Jordan and Christian were both very helpful in our search to try and match our existing flooring that had been discontinued! We appreciated their expertise and humor. Felt very comfortable with them and they were quite knowledgeable! Very positive experience and we did purchase flooring!

  Stay far away. We had our entire first floor replaced by them only 5 years ago. We are doing a kitchen remodel and needed to replace a portion of the floors. LL discontinued our floors and had no match, requiring us to replace the entire first floor yet again (1300 sq feet)! They offered no assistance in finding a match, coming up with solutions, or discounting a similar floor. It was all blamed on them being bought. We also tried to go in to purchase samples but they were out. So we spent $15 on a sample when every where else provides them for under $5. Don’t let their name fool you, their prices are higher than everywhere else and the quality is shotty. When they did do our floors previously, it took them a year (after a lot of run around) to fix our transition strips to the correct height and remove visible white glue. Go somewhere with longevity and integrity.
