  Just worked with Dain Yaun over the phone and he made the ordering super easy and fast. It was nice being able to work with stores that know what they are doing.

  Honest, straightforward fellows. Got some steeply discounted flooring, we called in a couple days before and they knew who we were and just what to grab. In and out in less than 10 mins, even for a specialty product. Will definitely return for all flooring projects.

  Great store,. I ordered a piece of lumber online. Communication was great. The place is easy to find. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Recommended.

  Typical for my personality, on a whim I removed the 1 year old carpet from my staircase and decided to transform it into the luxury staircase of my dreams…as a total newbie carpenter. I have never used a saw besides an oscillating saw in my life. I’m a stay at home mom with 2 tiny kids so it’s not like I have a ton of time to devout to monster projects like this - but it was too late! I started! I have a uniquely shaped staircase which left me scratching my head on where to source retrofit treads that would fit the shape of my steps. I thought that I would cross that bridge when I got to it…but then I got to it and wondered if I wanted to spend the $$ on custom shaped, or put on my thinking cap and try another way. I called LL in pursuit of red oak unfinished planks for my landing, and then I decided to bounce ideas off of the associate and ask for advice. Tommy spoke to me and gave me advice on the phone for probably a lot longer than he’s paid to do. After hearing his ideas and reassurance I felt more confident in my ability to complete this project. I drove to their location the next day and he made sure I had everything I needed to get this done. I had to bring my two small kids with me and of course they were acting like feral animals in the store, but Tommy and the other staff were gracious and even seemed to enjoy having some kiddos liven up the space for half an hour. All in all, I’m grateful for Tommy’s patience for my cluelessness on such an undertaking. I felt he helped me personally and now, several days later, I am done with my staircase and only have the landing left to do! Thank you Tommy and LL!

  Basement pictures after the “professional installers” came to the house. We told specifically at store we have radiant floor they said no worries. I guess many holes in dryeall And a 2k repair bill from heating company is considered no worries. I highly anyone and everyone do not use this terrible corporation that will take your money and look away when they mess up.
