  Falicia and Levi were fun, helpful, and very knowledgeable about this whole thing Ove been to 4 stores today and could not recieve any guidance on interior design. Falicia not only knew what went with what but also for the first time in months gave me some direction! Thank you for making sense of my home and providing us with a gracious, warm and helpful experience. You guys are the best!

  I paid almost 10,000 dollars for a walnut hickory solid wood floor from LL flooring. There are so many issues with my project. First of all the walnut hickory wood I ordered based upon a previous purchase of it and the display of it in store is not what was delivered and installed. Also, the installer laid a box of it that I had previously in my kitchen then installed the new in the rest of the kitchen area. Turns out they are two different stained hickory’s. Now I have two different stained hickory wood floors in my kitchen. The installer also took some of my baseboards off to install the floor and then just slapped them back on and now my baseboards look terrible with big gaps. They installed pieces of wood with holes and cracks that should had been set aside. I ordered the flooring back in October 2023 and they installed back in November 2023. After the installation was done and I was upset with all the issues I filed a claim with LL Flooring and they opened a case and assigned a case manager Rosalie. For months and months they did nothing. I would constantly call and email my case worker and she would rarely ever return my calls or emails. They have slow rolled my case for almost a year promising resolution but it is still not resolved today October 2024. Now I get an email from my case worker saying the company is filing bankruptcy and they closed my case and basically they are not repairing, replacing or refunding me nothing. They sat on my case for almost a year and rode it out knowing they were getting ready to file bankruptcy so now they they don’t have to offer me anything no resolution because they are now in bankruptcy. They filed bankruptcy in August 2024 and my floor was installed and case opened in November 2023. My case should had been resolved long before they ever filed the bankruptcy. That’s so dishonest and very bad business to do customers that way. I have two different wood floors now when you walk into my kitchen and they didn’t even just fix that aside from the floor not being what I ordered and wanted. This company is doing a chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganization, buyer beware. Take your money elsewhere. I regret ever doing business with them. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and may take even further by getting a lawyer or notifying the state attorney general’s office.

  Professional from beginning to end. From the sales staff, the contractor, to the installation team. Everything was top-notch. The installation was right on time, Clean, thorough, and Fantastic to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend LL Flooring. Both the product and the service are excellent.

  This place was a joke my husband and I walked in not one can I help you not even a hello amazing right? A man walked in after us it was amazing the man behind the counter ask him if he needed help and said hello , still no one never offered to help us or see if we needed help. We left went to big Bob's flooring was greated with a smile and a can I help you amazing the difference
