  Had a really great experience with Dylan! We were between a couple options and he was very helpful during the process. Thoroughly explained the products, shipping, etc. Definitely recommend speaking with him when you go in!

  We purchased a bamboo laminate floor last year, and it is a superb product. Love how it looks in our home! Lewis and the staff were so helpful throughout the entire buying process. I would highly recommend them for purchasing any type of flooring!

  I’m a remodeling contractor have been sending my customers to Lewis at Lumber Liquidators in Cheektowaga for a couple years now. My experience and the feedback that I get from my customers is that Lewis and his team are very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure everyone gets exactly what they want and at the best price. Lumber liquidators always has a great selection of high end products on sale for every budget and the flooring is delivered in about a week if it’s not in stock at the store. That is important for me and the timelines for my projects. When I go pick the order up, it’s ready and they even load onto my truck for me, box by box if needed….saves me a ton of time. I could go on and on but seriously, these guys are the best. Don’t waste your time at the big box stores; you’ll pay too much and won’t get the undivided attention that you will from Lewis and his crew.

  This has been an absolute kitchen nightmare. One worker was super pleasant to work with but the experience has been horrible. Our first order was an order of acacia countertops. We got home. The contractor was paid, came out installed one of the countertops. We opened the other packages and noticed we had all different pieces of wood. None of them were the same or even the same kind of wood. So we had to return the other two and stick with the wrong piece of wood that we already had in. They said the closest we could get were these ones that we ordered. Now we get here and they're not even the right size. A wrong piece is a wood again. Then we were told it was our fault. Even though they said this is as close as they possibly could get to the wrong piece of wood they started us off with. So we're 2 days wasted. Paying a contractor $1,200 each time. Wasted trips back up and back down to return these. We live an hour and a half away and we still haven't had countertops for over the past 3 months. With one worker on the phone trying to make it seem like this is our fault, when originally we should have been supplied with all the same pieces of wood and we're left with a wrong one already installed and then trying to tell us we might not get a return on the one they messed up one to begin with. Super unhappy and I'm unpleased with this company and I will probably go another month without a countertop in the kitchen. Alot of wasted money and time and to top it off the worker on the phone trying to act like this is our fault was so disrespectful and wild to me.
