  Total disappointment with LL Flooring. I had a frustrating experience with their inside sales team, who assured me—quite convincingly—that the product I needed would be available within a week. Based on that promise, I placed my order. Only after completing the transaction was I informed that the product was actually on backorder and wouldn’t arrive for another four weeks. This kind of misleading sales tactic is unacceptable. It’s deeply concerning that their sales staff are either unaware of inventory levels or are willing to make false commitments just to close a sale. As a customer, I’ve lost valuable time, energy, and money in this process. If this is how LL Flooring operates internally, I strongly question the reliability and integrity of their sales practices.

  Reilly hooked me up with a floor for the first floor of the house and made the process very easy. He understood what I was looking for and offered a variety of choices and I’m very pleased with the results! Great service from Reilly!

  Extremely Disappointed – Poor Communication and Service I placed an order for hardwood flooring with Lumber Liquidators, and was told it would be ready for pickup on 7/24. Wanting to be proactive, I called on 7/23 to confirm the status—only to be told the order was backordered. No one had contacted me to inform me of the delay. I immediately asked them to cancel the order, and was told the refund would be processed. It’s now been over 5 business days, and I’m still waiting for my money back. What’s worse is the complete lack of communication. I’ve had to call them every time just to get basic updates. Honestly, a carry-out restaurant gives better order tracking than this national chain. It’s just pathetic. Save yourself the frustration—look elsewhere.
