Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.
All lululemon locations have strong ties to our local communities.

I was in the store on Saturday and left a paid of expensive sunglasses in the center dressing room right before closing. There were no other guest left in the store, I knew exactly where I left them. I called the store at least 8 times a day without answer for 5 days straight and left 3 voicemails, none which were returned- even through the voicemail message clearly states that someone would get back to me within one business day. When I finally got a call back 6 business days later, I was told the sunglasses were not found, I find this to be untrue based on the timing and location. I asked For security footage to be reviewed and was told they did not have access to the footage and I would need to call the 1-877 number. I did and the Lulu Representative told me the store does have access to their own cameras- I was mislead by the store. For a brand that prides itself on integrity and guest experience, this was beyond disappointing. I expected Better communication, accountability, and the very least honest information.
