  I went into this location to exchange a few items I received as a gift. At first everything was great. The staff on the floor were friendly, welcoming, and really helpful. But when I got to the counter the entire experience changed. The woman who helped me, an older lady maybe late 50s with short blonde and black hair and scary looking was incredibly rude and dismissive from the start. When I explained what I needed, she rolled her eyes and made me feel like I was an inconvenience as if customer service is not her job. The attitude didn’t stop there. The rude tone and comments continued through the entire transaction. It was uncomfortable and honestly shocking for me and all of the other customers checking out, especially from a brand that charges premium prices and is known for good customer service. Her behavior completely erased the great experience I had with the other staff. I left the store feeling disrespected and disappointed. Lululemon should not accept this type of behavior and should avoid hiring staff like her to represent their storefronts.

  The quality has tanked at Lululemon. The clothing is thinner, less stretch, and the sizing is different and inconsistent. The quality continues to drop while prices increase. I was a long time customer but will be looking elsewhere moving forward.

  The selection for clothes was large, but not everything was available or in my size (which is a standard size). The staff were very friendly and helped a lot with finding items for me. They allowed me to pick the bag I wanted and packed my items thoughtfully.
